AME North America – AME Shallen Signature Series

As we are just days away from SF Wekfest, I needed a few things for our display at that event.  I made the trek over to Auto RnD in Fremont to pick up a few stands that he had in stock.  While we were there, we were given a tour of their new facility and got to check out a few of the new AME Wheels Shallen Signature Series.  He had the XF-55 and XS-20 in stock and also on display.  I’ve only seen these wheels in the various VIP CAR and VIP STYLE magazines and haven’t seen them in person.  I was pretty impressed by how good they looked in person.  We’ve always liked the AME Shallen line in general on our VIP builds, but these new Signature Series wheels are extremely clean.  What I can’t wait to see are the XG-23s in person.  I should be seeing a set on a car very soon!  I snapped a couple of pics of the XF-55 and XS-20.

XS-20

I’ve been extremely biased towards a mesh type wheel as of late instead of my Junction Produce Scara OZs. However, my first wheel I ever owned was a split 5 spoke on a 95 Honda Prelude.  Seeing the XF-55 makes me want to rock a split 5 spoke  wheel on the GS400 now.

For more information on these wheels as well as the rest of the AME Shallen Signature Series, go to the AME North America website – http://www.ame-na.com

I founded VIPStyleCars.com in Dec. 2003. I just wanted a website / forum where we can discuss our type of builds without any type of ridicule or nonsense drama.
