Met him last year when he was in town doing a drift event at Irwindale.  He came into the Simpson store at our plant / office / retail location and bought a helmet, suit, gloves, etc.  What a waste of a nice car.

damn, didn't know the damage was that bad.  did the passenger he had with him ever get out of the hospital?

fixed for you.  He was way to young for a car like that.  Saw these pics a little while back on ZT.  There was pics of Nick at the hospital too.  The passenger, his friend, got the worse end of the stick.  Very bad shape, so I'm sure Nick STILL has a lot on his conscious.  He's an okay kid in person...but a never ending flow of money breeds ignorance.

sorry, i know you're a newb around here so i'll take it easy on you, it begins with the platform, if you don't have the platform you never be DRIFT, you can only DRIFTstyle or DRIFT inspire your car, and that's all, we didn't start this the Japanese did and they know better so follow their example.

I will by recaro seats and some pepboys mesh grill for my bumper then I will be DRIFT..The Drifting world is evolving so I am just bringing my own style to it. I mean I dont want to be Drift I just want the some styling Q's from it..

this is true..... it is evolving. so instead of getting stuck in the same monotonous, cookie cutter, and "old" look, we should look beyond the original DRIFT platforms, just like the japanese have started to...... hahahahahahaha "GOTCHA!" :giggity:

judging by the nightime photos, that are at the scene of the accident I would gamble on the obvious.... too fast for public streets and safety?

This happened not far from me and I saw Nick two weeks before this.  He is friends with a few of my acquaintances from my 240 days.  The Passenger  will be a veg probably forever.  It was raining out and he was speeding.  Supras are notorious for folding in a crash, but yes it was a dumb accident.  The truth is he wasn't doing anything that thousands of other dumb ass kids do every day....SPEEDING.  I'm not saying he was in the right, I'm saying there are so many people that are close to something like this everyday because they think they can drive or that their car can handle it, but the truth is it only takes seconds to end up like this!

theres people actually sending letters to nopi to ban nick from the events. yeah... to young for taht kinda power. his buddy is in a veg state, since he wasent wearing a seat belt, asshole wrecked a mk4 supra none-the less, that he uglified.......thing is, theres more and more young people doing the same crap.....shows how fucked the world is aye ?

Yes, we allll know it happened a long time ago (tho the police photos are newly released) but its not about being 'old news'...its about kids and cars...its about our generations losing life, because they think they can handle a 500hp car when they first get their license. 

I've never seen soo many kids who think they know everything before they even get behind the wheel.
