Same here, IMO they all sucked, well at least the few I wasted my time watching.

looks pretty disappointing as far as cars go.

As ghetto as it may be, that pink/red (cant tell) 7 series in the background of picture 2 is laid out!

Hahahaha, it's totally on point with a Hollywood production!  I mean, everything has to be over the top and eye injuring.  I mean, why are any of you acting surprised?

1 and 2 caught shit for the riced out cars. 
 
...3 came thru with nice rides....just kinda hoped that 4 would follow up. 
 
but they are using a new company to source cars and casting. :sad:

they got cars from nokturnal car club in socal? BOOO...where do they find the companies to get these ppl. this is horrible.

if they had done a straight part 4 and not a prequel it would be a 100% disaster. as it stands now they have a good cast and horrible cars. 
 
I think this one should do it for the series.

yup, thats me behind the wheels of those FD's....fucking amazing cars. I thought mine was ok in the power dept until I drove them. :slap: 
 
Tokyo Drift was different than the other movies. The cars were ALL real, the driving was real. 
 
I had no intention on being in the film or driving on camera. I was just gonna drop my car off,do sum shopping,fly home and come back to pick up my car. :biggthumpup:  I started 'helping' out on the set and the next thing I know they were like: "hey, we hear blah, blah, blah..."
 
 So I ended up staying down there for a couple weeks working on set.  I thought a scene driving an S15 would make the final cut, but it didnt. Im just glad that my SC400 was seen a lot and I was able to do that slow shot in the "Tokyo Garage scene", so I couldnt be more happy. 
 
They treated me well
 
The pay was[B] really[/B] nice....But I spent it all shopping in about 2days in LA. :smiley-rofl: 
 
I flew home after filming and my boys at [B]DoLuck[/B] (damn, talk about [B]BALLIN[/B]!) loaded my car up on their enclosed 18 wheeler and brought her home to me :runcoold: 
 
 Ive been lucky in life to have done a lot of 'stuff' in this Import car industry...but this was prolly one of the best things. To see my car on the big-screen for a second and hearing people in the local theater yell "Thats DriftGirl's car!" and hella heads whoopin it up,  was kinda cool and made all the hard work put into the car very much 'worth it'.

they should have VIP cars in the movie how awesome would that be..... Would anyone agree? SO is any member cars in the movie?

VIP cars in fast and furious?  ..most likely not.  If they ever made a "slow and curious," maybe we'd have vip cars =o)

i think the worst part is that ppl that know nothing about the real scene think thats what its really like. ppl learn the wrong things because they dont know any better. i LOVE all of these movies for entertainment factor, other than that, i think they are all a joke.

im kinda glad they did a prequel.  i was hearing rumors they were gonna do a VIP thing for the 4th installment.  that would've suked big time.

over all in all the part four should be released like saw 4 just in the movies over the counter ..   I know I won't watch it but everyone will ... sad part is they know everyone will watch it to say it sucked and make a part 5 to this ...

After some thought I can say that there are some really cool Nokturnal members I've met, and they do not need to be categorized generally with a few bad apples. Since my parents taught me to clean up after my own messes I went ahead and deleted my previous posts, I apologize to anyone who may have been offended by my previous indiscretions.

Mike, 
  First off, I totally agree with you about the bashing of car club members. However, this site will rip someone a new a$$whole for trying to vipstyle anything out of the ordinary (trucks, civics, we all know the lists) and it is endorsed. I don't think it is out of line to take issue with outlandishly built trucks, mustangs, etc. that are in a movie series that has been all about the Japanese import tuners.
:shrug:

i cant believe people watched beyond part 1.

In many ways these films have helped to drive the after mkt industry....and were pretty entertaining IMO.
