Exhaust question

I figured i'd start a new thread outside of the VIP exhaust thread as to not clutter it.

Question A: Are the mufflers/tip for the Fabulous/Wald/Junction Produce straight thru like a fart can/resignator or are they acutal mufflers with tips? After all these years I was never really clear on how that worked.

Question B: Is the 95-97 lexus LS exhaust the same as 98-00? Like could old exhaust for my 99 LS fit someones 95?

A: Tough call, because they have quiet and 'normal' versions of their exhausts. I do believe they are actual mufflers, with more baffles in quiet one. 
 
B: it should be the same.
