Accident with my F50...i didn't care

earlier this week got into an accident.   guy came into my lane while he was stopped at a light behind maybe 7-10 cars.  i came along the next lane where it was almost clear all the way up to the intersection...so this guy popped out to my lane to get closer to the intersection but failed to see my large body sedan driving by doing 25-30mph.   anyways his right front bumper fender edge scraped along my rear left door and on back touching the quarter and abit of the bumper....time to repaint and this gives me the opportunity to get the wing i bought off widebodyq awhile back.   I wish i had my kit to paint along with it.   one of my white LED license plate lights went out recently and that bothers me more then the scrape along the side of my car.   his insurance contacted me that day and we're in the talks...just got a letter yesterday stating me to go find a body shop.  state farm.  car that hit me was a honda cr-v

Sounds more like a blessing than an accident.  Hopefully you know some shops and can make this work FOR you...

unfortunately the shops  i know are all in LA...I'm too far south now so i can't use them

You might have a huge come up !  ... take it to Mexico and get a sick paint job ...for 1000.00  anything you want ... then get the rest for mods ... ;)

i'm just going to repair it...I talked to a body shop today and they said they'll paint my wing for free...gyeah!    I went to 2 different body shop and the first said $2500 to fix it which requires even painting the front door to blend it in.   They also said $400+ to paint the wing and thats just labor...said paint is free since he's going to make a batch anyways.   I wanted to stick my finger in his face but decided to just smile and leave.   They seemed to be a big bodyshop that does alot of cars so they don't care to lose my business.   Down the street was a smaller shop but had some nice cars being worked on.  Got the same quote but said they'll do the wing for free.   I'm going to see if they'll put the wing on for free too but that I'll ask when I drop off the car.   

I didn't notice but the bodyshop guys said my wheels got some damage too...Imagine if I got my Ordens on at the time of the accident.   that would have sucked

damn that sucks but at least nothing major happend and your ok...

cars in body shop...getting wing painted for free...got my cima hood mascot but I think I'll install that.  Currently driving a rental Mazda CX7.  Loud engine with shitty transmission.

You shoulda come back home to L.A., you know the shops out here would have taken care of you..... full paint with wing painted and installed plus the mascot thrown in for good measure.... you shoulda come home! hahahaha :biggthumpup: glad your o.k. though!
