Cleaning Euroline Centercaps

I just picked up some Eurolines, but the centercaps and some of the spokes have some clearcoat issues. Any way of cleaning these?

Tooth brush! Hard bristles. not much you can do about the clear coat except maybe have them retouched.

thats not a cleaning issure...thats called worming. its also known as spider viens...its salt particles that got under the clear...its only gonna get worse...i was told by a friend to sand it down with some fine paper to feather the clear out so it doesnt start to peel bad. or if they are actually 2 piece and not welded 2 piece like the dh i had you can have the face recleared.

That's gotta come from lack of care no? I have the same wheels, Euroline FS and mine still look brand new. They're 2 piece, but welded 2 piece. Couldn't you have the entire wheel re-cleared since the lip is also clear coated?
