Not bad at all. Not digging the quad fog lights though and the reflection below the car doesn't look real (perspective and angle are off). You should get some reflection of the buildings on the car and that will tie it in better.

yeah I think they make it look more up to date than the rectangular ones. I was going to purchase one of those kits a while back and thats what I was going to do...at the time I did not know it was a knock off brand and got some heat thrown my way..but Mikey and QClass are both sporting those auto couture style kits..and they both have said they fit like a glove. Nonethe less both cars are sweet as F%#^ anyways and I really dont care what brand the kit is if if looks good and fits good...but times are changing for me....a year ago I would have bashed somebody for doing that but now I am trying not to take this VIP thang so seriously anymore..do what you want and don't look back..To many headaches if you know what I mean.. Thanks once again..cant waite to see your new fogs installed:biggthumpup:

its cool man, but the car looks totally out of place imo. its just the simple matter of taking a car shot in the day time and slapping it in a night setting. Once I force that out of my mind it looks pretty sick! :biggthumpup:
I hear you..but thats why its called art..cerealism...kekekekeke....I actually think it looks like its picking up lights from the other side of the city..but the purpose of this is to keep my skills up to date while business is slow. I had been doing a lot of painting then got back into some logos for a few companies and if I dont keep my creative juices flowing they fall..So kinda like wieght training for the mind and hands..ya feel me? This would make for a cool business card or a website back ground image...I made one with reflections on the car but thought it was to much..here check it out. I was going to say the same thing about the reflection on the car. I would also try to blend in the "VIP" plate to make it less vivid. maybe set the layer to screen or adjust the opacity. (is opacity a word? haha)
Opacity is definitely a word. Now that you added the city lights to the car like I suggested way up the thread it's much better. To make the reflection of the car perfect, just copy the car layer, go "transform > flip vertical" and it will be realistic, you can then free transform and squash it a bit to make the perspective even more real. Believe, me, I use PS and Ill all day, every day and have for over 10 years now, I even taught PS at a tech training school. Good work Rich, I love the animated version!
Thanks ^^^^^^^ YEah PS is the shiat...Funny thing before 98 I had NO clue about computers/computer graphics...Now after 10 years I have become quite good at using the computer..I traded in my dickies and flanes to some black glasses with white tape..kekekekekeke..all my family calls me for tech support...hahahaha. I got to get me another Mac so I can start running Maya again. Now that program can work wonders for a business.

I love Photoshop. I use it all the time for consultations and projects. It allows me to figure out the possibilities and potential final outcome. When the Genesis was released I had to get my "hands" on one. Photoshop is a great program to have. I work with a couple of paint shops that will send me a clients cars and they will have me paint the car a few different colors of the customers choice along with graphics and what not..More and more it is beeing used in many industries..especially when you have clients out side the your state. I use it for many many things..From DVD menues, Image restoration, logos well its endless the possibilities. I also use it in conjunction will adobe Illustrator..these two programs go hand in hand. Oh yeah and its time for an upgrade kekekekeke.. I gots Photoshop CS now looking to upgrade to CS3 as well as illustrator.. Adobe programs rock.
for those looking to just mess around and not get into it seriously, but DON"T want to spend the cash to buy a program they won't use frequently, there is a free alternative to photoshop, it's called paint.net

I use photo shop at least once a week to mess with photo's are create vinyl designs for a local shop. I just getting familiar with the pen tool. i used to hate the thing now i love it.
I got the video collection a few years back..Since I design websites the new version includes Flash and you can direct import PS files into flash..WOO WOO.. The activation issue is stop pirating their software..can't blame them with price tags they have on thier software. DOnt know if you have heard of MAYA but talk about not pirating..YOu have to purchase a single or multilpe seats and then once its installed you have to call them up provide your Computers Identification number then they send you a key that will unlock the software. but that software is $2000-$6000 and is very high end 3d animation software.

Then pen tool is awsome you can get much more out of photoshop with it than one would think. Have you plaid with the settings at all? YOu can make it so when you tilt the pen it makes a light scrath..They also have an airbrush that you can buy for it...Graphic tabs are so cool....Yo my equipent will be here tomorrow..hit me up if you need anything done... Yeah, I've been hooked on the Wacom tablets for about 8 years, I just use the Graphire tablets though, I like the small size, I can go anywhere on my screen w/ nothing more than a little wrist motion. The only time I ever use the mouse, I mean ever, is to scroll up/down web pages. "The pen is mightier than the mouse" lol
Yah, no need for a large tablet. I also use what many hate...ball.
