Wheel bore question.

Hey guys.

So I had 19x8" +42mm SSR Comp-C's on my Maxima that I want to transfer over to my 2008 Scion xB. The new xB has 5x114.3 PCD pattern. Only thing is the Nissan hub bore and the Toyota hub bore is different.

Some guys on the Scionlife forum posted that they had wobble using OEM Nissan/Infiniti wheels off 350z/G35. But I haven't heard of them having problems with aftermarket wheels.

Since the SSR's are aftermarket I'm assuming its bolt-and-play. I'm sure in the VSC forum many Q45 guys have sold wheels to Lexus guys - I havn't heard of any problems with wobbling.

I asked Brandicus today, he told me to ask VSC.

Any OG imput would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Grant.

It will be fine. I put G35 wheels on my GS and nothing happened. I also put lexus stockers on my Q and nothing happened.

Check your hub size, check the wheel center bore, use a hub centering ring to make up the difference.

Problem solved.

If they had really bad wobble it's probably because they did something wrong. I didn't have hub rings on my alloys and daily drove through 80kmph zones for a month, with 0 wobble.
