i've been interested in the car scene for quite awhile and now i am planning to buy a low budget car i like all the sub cultures ie, the fast cars and the vip cars. but i'd rather cruise around looking vip as fuck then drive fast ne day haha. so i was wondering guys wut would be a good cheap car to start off with for a low budget bippu project. 

and when i mean low budget i mean in between $5,000 to 10,000.
