Body work progess.

Should  be done friday. I had a bunch of rust around the windshield from some retard in New Jersey that replaced the windshield. Also a new hood, headlights, front bumper and fog lights. Can't wait for it to be done. I have been driving around in an 08' Nissan Versa and I feel like a douche bag in it.

Also when all said and done......... I should have enough for air. 

I am also starting to build my motor for my 89' Mirage turbo, and fix/paint it all. It's going to be a good summer.

nice...you should lay down some rust inhibitor (por-15) around the windshield first...then some fiberglass filler, then bondo...

por-15 works awesome.  I concur.

dont worry bro... theres no right or wrong way to do the job.... just the way that wont bit you in the ass, and the way that will.... might wanna put some plastic sheeting over that big openning, filler dust can fly any where, and every where...

Looks like a nice project you got going there.  Can't wait to see how it comes out.

UPDATE: Work is done. I put 8k bulbs in the headlights. Thats about it I guess. Pics time.

It was about 75+ today. Very unseasonal. But I took it for a drive and damn does it feel good to have my own car back. I think next up will be an HID kit for the fogs. I did'nt want to spend the money at the time or it getting painted, so maybe in the next few weeks.

Jus was wondering if you ended up payin retail or not!

I payed for what was available, and I got them for a little under what the insurance company gave me. I could'nt find any others in time.

I have my old ones. The rear housing is broken in small places on both of them, and a crack on the glass on one of them, but the rest is good. Also still has the HID ballasts attatched. What could I get for them? Obviously for parts, not for someone to use, unless they have low standards.
