time 4 new tires AGIAN!!!! 8(

Well folks its that time again for some new tires. This will be my 3rd set in less than a year..kekekekekekeke.. Damn Camber..BUT :signdammit: I LOVE IT so F it...:dance::runcoold:

Get an alignment and fix your toe, you should be good after that!
but yea, 4-5 months for tires w/ that much camber

BUT if your super low you guys need to get traction and toe arms to get a great alignmetn

dont you need those arms and pillowball joints to run reduculously tight fitments without rubbing issues due to the natural deflection of rubber bushings?

I remember when iw as runnign alot of camber without the traction rod replaced, when i finally did
the bushing was shot to hell from all the stresses

they are cheap as hail

um.. not particularly cheap for a gs if i recall.... besides. it would probably be a better idea to get ALL the control arms for the front and rear at one time and then get an alignment as opposed to doin it piece by piece

you guys have lifetime alignment places its not like its 200 an alignment like it is here

Lower control arms are still expensive though since they are specific.

Zion, those tyres look very evenly worn to me! Smooth all the way through the tread with only a slight hint of camber wear - how many miles did you put on them??
When my tyres go its because the very outter edge is smooth as a baby's bottom, but the centre of my tread usually still has 60-70% tread.  Thats what you get for running 6.5 deg camber tho!

The most rediculous cheater pic for that lip size!!!  hahaa.

But ya I need to replace my rears real quick and get the car in for another alignment since my last lowering the car even more session.

I was able to catch them and flip them so half was worn before the flip and the second half after the flip..I am guesstimating about 4 months or so and about 2 months per flip..mialage wise I have only done 1 oil change since I got them and was do soon for another oil change..So about 5000-6000 miles total..once again thats an estimate..:biggthumpup:

its very hard to find a place around boston to align a"severely" lowered car(as they like to call it) for less than 150 because of "setup fees" the only ones who do it without a hassle are mom and pop shops why just happen to have an alignment rack wich is very few. i get it done for 60. for best tire wear and driveablilty what arms should i get (nagisa of course)first if i were to  replace piece by piece? My custom jic should be coming in soon so i want to have it all set up at once

Angles man.  Rulers about half in inch up the mounting surface of the face and at least another quarter inch "visually" added by the angle on the outside of the lip.

Nothing but a chicken wing, im just bustin your balls hans brix.  hahaha.

Yeah i flip when the inner shoulder is smooth... but still... That seems like pretty good tyre wear to me (for the miles you do)

Lately I've been doing my own alignments... with rulers, level spirits and a calculator lol

Otherwise its about $60 for a full alignment at a local shop here, the guy gets a kick outta doing my car cos its so different

Shit I pay $175 for an alignment.....  hahaha

I am glad to see you worked them all the way down. Where are you planning getting tires from? I definately wanna stick with feds love the meaty tire look with a low pro tire.
