Will these work on Y33s to get 12.75'' rotors in our cars?

I saw this on ebay for S13s with 300zx brake upgrade. I was wondering if Y33s have the same hubs as s13 chassis so we can use the adapter and use 350z track rotors. 
 
I would probably just keep my q45 calipers, just have the larger rotor to desepate heat faster. And for looks. Someone shed some light on this.

i used a version of this to develope my prototype kit for a32s. i chose to run 12.6" 2004 maxima rotors instead of 12.75" track rotors though (track rotors cost a grip, plus i knew the offset of the 04s was perfect).
 
i would say 80% chance they will work w/ no issues. i got mine right on the first prototype.

Yeah, that's great.  I'm doing the Z32 caliper (F&R) and 350z track rotor (F) upgrade as my next mod.
