wondering where my car is?

Its doing nothing!!!!  Nope, it was never sold, never crashed, nothing...  Just sitting in my garage  with a hole in the air lines.

was taking pictures of stuff in the garage, thought I'd take a pic of the POS sitting in the same spot for 2 years now.  Except today, I threw on the Fusa and Kintsuna for kicks!  :)

that pics makes me wanna cry. that car is THE reason i bought a GS myself. i really hope to see a nice little makeover or at least know that its driving around pretty soon.

If you only knew what John has to deal with. Maybe he can take pics of his driveway into the garage lol. The GS is still sexy with those Ganador mirrors I rarely see.

you should see how I feel now a days.  I gotta walk by it every day and its not a nice feeling to see it.  At least now, the hardest part is re-lining the Air Sus and smog it.. damn Cali laws.  However, soon enough, it will be back :runcoold:

I mean, if it were a stock GS400, even with the exhaust it'd still smog...

Air lines can't be that hard to fix. I remember you told me it was a cheap fix when we were thinking about swapping suspensions...I'm down to help, as well as the rest of NorCal...BBQ/VSC GS fix meet! who's down?! lol.

lol prolly the same way i felt about my integra towards the end. jut a pile of parts in the garage and shelves lined with bs. i had everything minus seats, paint, bbk and matching 17" wheels. i kinda regret not putting it together to see what it would have looked like all together and painted. o well fcuk hondas, at least i can go to the movies/mall now =)

The biggest reason I neglected the GS was with the preparation of my first son.  Now that he is 15 mos old, it allows me a little more free time than before to begin putting back together the GS.  Also, ask Mdenoga the insanity I put myself thru concerning my car.  He has heard every idea I had with what to do with my car,  even a 2AM rant on thinking if someone would trade a LS430 for my car straight up.  ;)

Soon enough, I gave myself a deadline to get the car going again...   

One thing thats giving me a headache, that damn airline I need to replace.  I can't get the damn "quick release" to release it hahaha

Man, yeah, fix that thing! Your GS was a big part of why most of us ever joined this site years back!

 I laugh at how people trip on Cali Smog laws.  Have you never been stuck behind some beater truck that a guy is using as his work truck, spewing fumes, smelling like poo-poo, yet he's got stickers on his plates?  It happens all the time, and it's cause it's soooooo easy to get any vehicle smogged.  If you don't know a shop owner, just go up to one in a somewhat shady-hood area, say "it won't pass and I need it to pass".  They will make it happen, no problem, just a hundy$$ or so and they'll pass it.

Trust me ;)

Thankfully for myself though, cause those damn gross polluters really piss me off, my car passed like with such low numbers it was almost a hybrid.  My guy said "your car runs REALLY good".

I think everyone deserves a reward and here you go!

aint that the truth. i dont know where or why or how, but i saw your car and saw a watermark of this website on some pics, or maybe i was looking for JP stuff and came across this site, i really forgot. but it was the OLD forum. i remember there being like 5 regular posters. i remember seeing onetongarage sig or pics or something all over the forum. and that may just be it lol. i remember when you redid the site i just never reregistered lol.
