Clicking steering wheel????

Every time I drive over uneven roads my steering wheels makes a clicking noise which is not that loud but when the musics off and you just feel like driving your luxury car in peace ANY LITTLE repetitive noise is loud.....

I took the plastics off to see if anything needed to be tighten but no improvement...

It sounds like a plastic tab or something light bumping into something and the noise coming from the back of the steering wheel. Where it tilts.

Its a 2000 Q45 .........  ANY ADVICE!!!   AM I THE ONLY ONE???

could be alot of things...i've got a noise around the driver side A pillar dash area but i don't want to go digging because I'll probably come out empty.
