the 10-22 is rated consistently above the 17-40L. The only reason i Dont think its an L lens is becasue of hte EF-S mount. But its Super duper wide. Super duper sharp. and i love the way the lighting works with it. Its fantastic.
I can highly reccomend it to anyone wanting a good solid wide angle
Dont buy the tamron, sigma, MAYBE the tokina (i have a friend who swears by tokina shit).

I liek to buy all canon, im a brand ***** i guess.

I bought a set of JIC 17" wheels. 5 bolt.

Both my cars are 4 bolt, I have no idea why I bought them.

I'm still in debt and low on cash, so I returned them and I'm gonna use them for showroom stock for a month or so before I pay for them again. Perks of working in a wheel and tire shop.

I also bought a pair of used SSR EX-C. No idea what I'm gonna do with a pair of wheels, especially since EX-Cs are pretty expensive. But it's a nice start to a collection...

^^welcome to the club.

anis, knowing you and your style, i think you would get better use from the 17-40. i think the 10-22 is more of a novelty for you, cause i know exactly why you want it. not that it would get old fast, but i think the 17-40 would suit you better.

and out of curiosity...why the 430 and not the 580?

I find myself constantly buying diecast. And I have since moved off of the cheap Hot Wheels and Mattels, and gone to the $100+ Autoart's, UT's and Kyosho's.

Might not seem like much, but when you get three of four every other week or so, it gets expensive.

Use some of the hookers to gamble for you and take a cut of the profits. Make them pay you their losses with sexual favours.

before i could drive i bought lowrider magazines like crazy, i was into comics and cards for a good while too, that pretty much was all i spent any money on. once i had a car i just spent my money going out and living. never really cared about video games or other lil hobbys, here and there id buy camera equipement. the only constant through out my whole life has to be shoes. not a day goes by that i dont check for new releases. sigh...it takes alot of will power for me to walk by the shoe store if i happen to be at the mall for any other reason. seems like the latest obsession is guns, but im just getting into that so i havent spent alot of money on that just yet, but i will...lol

considering I work here at Apple.... I keep buying and messing with all my CPUs, especially my Mac Pro... how many damn screens can I run?

and because of gas, I ride my road bike to work whenever I can. Now I sold my first road bike, and ordered a new one... haha damn these San Francisco Hills

office is close, roughly about 3 -5 miles ride depending on my mood. If I want to just relax, I got the long way.... barely any hills... If I want to go quickly or get a workout... I go the shorter route with monster hills, at least the downhill is fun

I spent all my money on my cars and its put me neck deep in debt. If you ever own 2 VW Corrados you will understand that these cars take a lot to keep them happy.

Now that I am completely caught up and starting my new career. Its time to get into something a little more prestigious.=)
