Houston VIP Meet 5/18/08 - Grand Lux Cafe

Time for another VIP meet here in Houston.  The last meet was great, but lets make this one bigger and better.  I dont wanna hear any excuses, you have plenty of time to plan for this meet.

If my new wheels are here i'll take the s2k.If they arent here then i'll throw the eurolines on the es300 and roll out.Aslong as I dont go in the stock is3.Braineeded no worries I dont have a vip platform either.Im going for the drinks and cars.lol.Nick were you at?

hey is this meet open to anyone or is it just for Houston area people? Me and a couple of guys are considering making the drive out from SA if its open.

The earlier the better. I have family coming with me and my two year old niece. So they can't stick around for too.  They are driving seperate but would like to see some of the cars. Also some of the cars coming with me have to work early Monday. So they are trying to bail. I'll see if I can talk them into still going.

I can agree that 5 would be awesome. I can go, meet some of yall, chill, have a couple beers and be home to get enough sleep and work the nxt day. Either time is fine with me. 5 will be kinda hot that day though I bet.

I live San Antonio and gonna drive 3 hours to HOuston..  Chill in a few hours and then drive back home..  Get some few hours nap and then work the next day..  I dont think so..  WEll have fun..

I'm new to the forum and just as new to the VIP Scene but not new to owning fine automobiles. I hope it's cool if I show up, my LS is still pretty stock with only a few mods because I just recently purchased it. I just got out of the hospital but if I'm feeling good that day I'm planning on taking a drive that way. It's only about 20 minutes from my office there in Houston. I look forward to meeting some new people and seeing what they have done to personalize their vehicles. By the way, I heard about this on the CL site just reading through some of the posts.

it was my girls neice's bday that day. Ill probably be busy there all day:(

Nice puttin a name to the faces. That had to have been the worst service I've had there.

i always have great service there, that waiter just sucked.. i had to ask for stuff 2 or 3 times before i got it

Meet was good, about the same amount of ppl that came to the last one at tilted kilt.  Maybe the next meet should be on a saturday so we can have some of the San Antonio guys come down.


So, any ideas on when and where to have the next one guys?

man, no1 showed up.  All the SA guys had to work on Monday so they didnt want to make the drive out there.  Ima hold the next meet on a saturday so that way we can get more people to show up.
