Who's Ready for GTA IV????!!!!

Alright gamer headz, there's only one week left tell the release of GTA 4!!! :dance:
Man it's been too long since I've played any GTA (San Andres was my favorite!). I was a little skiptical about this game early on but now after watchin all the videos for it I can't wait! The game still looks even bigger and better! Hopefully the story and gameplay holds up like it has in the past! but I'm a little iffy about the main character........

I don't know if I'm gonna pre order and be in a hurry to copp a copy! If it's sold out I can wait a few days..... I use to be the kid that would go to all the midnight release for madden and such jus to get it first play it and turn around and have to be at work/school the same morning! Now I'm learning that as long as you get a copy you'll be straight! + I'm having alot of fun on COD4 still :biggthumpup:

Hahahahha! Yea.... CJ was my fav! + The game was based on LA and training day/Boyz N da hood! But I dunno this charcter jus dosen't seem gangster enough to me yet, I can't connect w/ him (no homo) but I'am only speakin from videos! I'lll make mmy final judge meant once I play the game!

A few facts I found out.....
-Soulja Boy Crank That is NOT on the game
-The soundtrack supposely is pretty good hip hop wise
-Mutiplayer is only online (up to 16 people depending on the gamd mode)
-There's a free rome for multiplayer
-You can have sex w/ prostitutes (apperently you have your choice of a handjob, blow job or sex @ $75 and for now it shows you getting all this done (not sure how long that will last))

-The clothing store - Any item you see (clothing) you can buy it
-Car physic are crazy! (Hard to drive though cause of camera angles)
-lots of look alike car I/E Mustangs, town cars, 300s, corvette, 
-Even a few VIP inspired cars (a few have the 99+ Y33 lights and there's a LS430 w/ S550 tailights look a like)
-I heard you can't mod cars like San Andres
 
 
I was playin while IMing widebody Q and he asked about the streets since it's in his home town New york! And it's CRAZY! The streets are FUCKED!!!!! I will never complain about bad roads if that's how NY is! In the game the streets are all un even, pot holes everwhere, streets all jacked up! and your car responds to all of that!! INSANE!!!
 
-You can play bowling
-Watch TV! Not jus screen shots but actuall TV shows!

Thanks for the tip..did it and then got bored after a while of flying around and doing tricks with the helicopter..haha.  I landed got in a dump truck and started thrashing the feds..haha.  They blew me up.

oh, while youre doing that, you might as well do the 'fly under the radar' achievement - fly under all the main bridges in a helicopter.

there are 2 bridges where you pretty much have to glide on the water to get under them lol.. took me a few tries

Anyone notice they have actual VIP cars in there? I stole one from an asian guy in "Chinatown" (i forgot what they call it in the game, but its the equivelant of Chinatown), and if you look very closely, it actually has a Fusa hanging from the rearview mirror... Heres some crappy cellphone pics...

They also have fixed up Hachiroku's on Watanabe wheels in the game too... Freakin crazy lol. I cant believe how much this games advanced since GTA3

I didnt get there yet.  That looks more like main street in queens I could be wrong though.  There is a large asian communitee there as well

I just got off GTA IV after 8 hours of multiplayer freemode gameplay in Liberty City with 6 other friends.
 
RPG'd eachother in helicopters, did drive-by's on one another while some of us were carelessly trying to b-ball in the courts (lol), jacked fools for their rides, held down the fort at the bowling alley by stuffing a car into the double doors so the cops couldn't get in, did 3 aerial 360's off a ramp on the side of a highway and landed into water, drove up to the strip club while 4 of my buddy's were inside and shot out the tires on their g-rides and fled on a moped and ended up getting chased down by them, pushed off the road into a dump site and then shot to death...
 
...my brain is fried. But damn, it was fun. LOL
 
($90 for the collector's edition wasn't worth it in my opinion. Now I got a big ass lock-box with a cheap-ass dufflebag sitting here in the room. The art book is pretty cool though. Oh, and the graphics are top-notch in comparison to the previous GTA's.)

Michelle...haha.  Trade that bish..she's no good.  Upgrades a plenty in other cities.  Just be sure to have several exotics parked in your parking spaces outside the safehouse.  They hate the same ol' cars and cloths just as much as she did.

Michelle got scared and ran away when I shot the bouncer outside because he didnt like the idea of me going in the strip club with my gun lol.

The vip car in there isn't bad either..even has a fusa..haha.  It's called the Intruder and is based off the F50.  Has aero, wheels and all.  The Intruder from the previous GTA's was lame..this one even sounds cool.

Also I jus  did this bank robbing mission which was straight up gangster! They give you a M16 and everytime you get shot money flies out the duffle bag your carrying! Pretty dope mission!

if u want to see the intruder, get into a 300c or a maybach or anything along those lines. usually what u drive is what will show up. 

i had this game a week b4 it was released and first playing it seemed a lil boring, but once u kill everyone u meet, the story gets better and better.

Yah...the last island is actually a bit boring..haha. That one bridge over there is REALLY hard to fly under...the rails are practically in the water.  But I have fun "playing" people against each other and seeing how many chicks I can date at once.  I think I have too many safe houses (if that's even possible).  I find myself doing odd stunts and crap to vary the game play a bit...still love the details though.  Brucie has to be one of the funniest characters in the whole game...cracks me up..haha.

And Pancakes..I used the combat sniper for that mission.  Face shots = instant kills.  That $250,000 was a nice surprise!

i love the story line and all, it may seem boring at times butt the point is that when you think there's nothing else for you to do, even after you flip the game, there is ALWAYS MORE TO DO haahha :smiley-rofl:

I dunno I still have tons of fun w/ the game and there's so much you can do that it dosen't get boring to me......yet
 
If you go into a police car and get on the computer then you can do a whole bunch of police stuff (taking down crimnals)
 
ALso sometimes you can catch police arresting minorities which is pretty funny!

Hey guys, found out you can lower cars with a glitch. Watch this video, it really works. First car i lowered was a crown vic taxi :shrug:
