Why dont you put something together?  I mean you ask if we can come out there but where?  Vegas is a big place and meeting at a casino or whatever isnt really a meet.  Give us something to work on and not just come out to vegas.  I dont see a meeting place?  I dont see a post on where to sign up or any info on time.  This is your city plan something!

The park is small but a nice park to chill thats why we should go early.  The parking lot isnt that big and i dont know how crowded it will get. Might as well be early so you dont have to walk far.

If you guys have canopies please try to bring them because we only have 1 and i dont think that will fit everyone.  Its going to be a Hot day!
