questions from me newbie L:

can i post pictures od cars which in not vip, also not elegant?
for example racing cars with turbo and others
or jdm style cars
or extreme show cars

i know the forum name vipstylecars.com
so i wanna know
is non vip cars allowed ?

another question is
until when i am allowed to post in another forum beside vip 101?
they said i must contributed first
i wanna know, contributing in which, post quantity or time of me joinied in?
one month?one week?or until i posted 10?100?

First off, any non-vip related posts should be posted in the OFF TOPIC section which you should have access to post in. 
 
And for the rest of the questions regarding graduating from 101 as well as posting, please refer to the STICKES (Threads located at the top of the VIP 101 section). Join date is one thing I look at.
