the location in "Dublin" (san ramon) we went last time was 

12501 Alcosta Blvd, San Ramon, CA

theres public bbq pits. and good parking.

Here's who's dedicated to bringing what food they want and being cool by showing up. 


1. Caoboy       - Hamburger patties and hotdogs, cups from last time lol.
2. VIP-UCF      - spanish rice and maybe some short ribs...if not short ribs, i'll bring something else

4. urmyhero4now - chips chips and chips.

What's up James,

The valley is still within NorCal area, just that it's in the San Joaquin Valley (very little mountains and hills).  It's about an hour  to an hour and a half away from the Bay Area.  Modesto/Riverbank is about 30 miles south of Stockton.

damn, thats a far drive...i've been on this island too long...driving more than 30 minutes is a road trip...

stockton is 45 mins from me so I will keep that in mind .. thx

It's not that far....come on...think of about an hour passed Dublin.

I'd go if I were to be in town that month. I'll prob be there in summer sometime.

Yeah it's starting to get hot here. That's why we picked this park. LOTS of shade. Its already hitting the high 80's.

Hey, we're all about spreading the scene. If you are VIP you'll roll to the meet. 

I know some members have been down enough to drive to SLO for meets, SD, Vegas, and really, this is NOTHING compared that. 

Lets mix up the scenery a bit.

I KNOW the LS400 gets damned good gas mileage on the highway. I drove to Monterey, around town, and still had 1/3 of a tank when I filled up to go home lol. 
 
From your place, like 45 minutes to an hour. 
 
Don't complain about gas, we ALWAYS drive out to the meets LOL.

Was I complaining?  I was just confused about the distance is all... if its that short of a drive im definetly down, im 21 on the 12th... :giggity:

You know how these internet forums be...lol, yeah it's not that far at all, or maybe I'm just used to driving hellah far like to Vegas and crap, for 2 hour drives aren't that big of a deal for me. 
 
Yes, from Dublin (if you look at that map, it even shows the ETA) it's only 1 hour or so. 
 
If you want, I'm sure we can hit up a bar or something, I've quit drinkin though, after last weekend. Ask ShaneC, Kalristo, Jackson, lol, I was TORE UP that day. I wasn't even hung over! Just dehydrated like an elephant in the kalahari desert during the summer. 
 
Whoever is down, put yourself on a list, and if you want to bring something, which I suggest we all should, then put that down too.

I'm wondering if the river level has rise or not.  I feel like tossing Caoboy in the water and have the ducks attack him.  Since I work next door to the park, I'll go take a peek at it tomorrow and possibly post up some pics.

(probably not gonna happen with the hoez or the pissing everybody off, but we still will be awesomely cool)

Reason being, is that the last meet I went to was in UC, the first meet I went to was in UC, the other meet we all went to was in Dublin, the next meet after this one, is in the works of being planned in either Las Vegas or Santa Barbara, some guys have driving from nor-cal to so-cal for a meet, why not have one here. I'm all for different places for meets. If you can't make it out because you think it's too far of a drive, that's fine. 

This last meet we just had, I got off work at 2am, was knocked out by 4am, woke up at 7am, got ready and was at the meet by 930ish. Stayed until we all started to leave, and drove another 1.5 hours home. all on 3 hours of sleep. 

I'm not even complaining, because aristo93 drove from Santa Barbara for that last meet. It wasn't even a car show or anything haha. 

Reason I want to hold the meet here, is to expose this sort of scene to others. That's why I chose to hold it in my area.

I was just in Oakland and San Francisco this past weekend. the 12th-15th. annoy, i miss all the good sheit!

Think of it this way, people on forums don't see your face, or hear you speaking. So, when you write on the forums, it's a reflection of you. Use proper spelling and punctuation, and you'll get loads more responses, really. Trust me, years on forums, I've learned. You'll also speed up your typing too lol.
