Well im doing something really different this year...

Im running a 5k on mother's day for the Y-Me org. I've build a team of 15 runners and have raised 1,000....  and doing this for all those woman that have cancer.  Then Im going to my moms to have lunch....

 

I also have a co-worker that creates beautiful name paintings and I got her one. If you are looking for something different here it is. Also keep in mind this could be given to anyone, mom, grandmother, kids, girlfriend....it's something very special and thoughfull.

i got a few mothers to buy stuff for...so when im at the dollar store ill know exactly what they are getting.

the usual - flowers and a card but also planning on getting her a coach purse

Since I am not living in the same country as my mother I am not getting her anything right now. But when I return home at the end of summer I have a very nice hand painted traditional chinese wall scroll for her. It will be like 4 months late, but I am sure she will enjoy it!

Probably take her out to eat. Or make some bomb ass ribs.

I was thinking since my parents are in town now ... 

Won't see them for a year or longer the 7 to 10 inch digital picture frame with a 2 gig card full of our pictures and of the brothers baby , and the Lex ;)

She'll love that ....

Usually we go out to Lunch or Dinner at a nice resturant on me.  And of course a cool card ;-)

My Mom just got back into the USA last night...havent had a chance to see her yet but im pretty excited :biggthumpup:

Every year since I was 13 I have taken a weekend and give her 16 hours of my time, ill do whatever she wants around the house or yard.

This year she wants me to do some work at her new house in AZ, no complaints here!

My moms not really picky or ask for anything.  I know she likes facial cream and Ive seen the brand she uses, sheseido.  I know i spelled that wrong but its something of that nature.  She cares for her skin..

ehhh...probably nothing, maybe change her oil, wash n wax her car.

For Wifey's Mom we are sending her a professional Photo of us together.
For my mom maybe just the typical flowers and maybe some pictures of my son.
