zenki grille vs. Gt grille

I was looking for a new grill for my 99 Q and I like the look of the chrome on the cima grill but I like the cut "pattern" on the gt grille. So does anyone have a pic of a chromed out gt grille? Or where I can buy one chrome or not. Gracias.

You can take the paint off that grill and under neath it's all chrome!

yuuuup. But it just doesn't have that chrome look like the nissan one. But pancakes said its hiding underneath. Haha. I gotta look over pancakes pictures again then. best place to buy?

contact a vendor or look for through the FS threads..most folks buy them used...I think new they are around $300-$400..

Custom painted makes all the difference.  Getting that paint off is a BIATCH!!!  I have done numerous GS luxus grills and the GT grill paint would not come off.  I just sanded it all down and custom painted the entire thing.

Did you leave the silver part chrome or paint it chrome?
 
The paint wasn't that hard for me? took about 15 min. of chourse I used some aircraft paint remover or some heavy duty shit like that!

No the silver I custom pinstriped on.  It goes pretty far back and up close looks all silver.  Its a cool effect in person.

yea before I found out there was chrome undernet, I pinstriped it silver but now mine is chrome! Shines and stands out better IMO!

How much for the badge Golfkid? Is it pristine? Mine is pretty good, but if yours is pristine, I may want it, I really like it and love how it confuses people. Plus, my Q is a Touring model, so I guess it fits, but yeah, LMK...
