AME Shallen Wx vs Weds Kranze Bazreia

Wasup fellas, I just picked up a GS300 w 79,xxx miles on it. In a couple of months I will be looking for wheels and I want to see what ya ll think. I have this specific style I like between the AME Shallen WX and the Weds  Bazreia, I can not find the Wx on a dropped GS in brushed aluminum finish, I do have the Bazreia in an image thanks to this guy bellow, but I want to see the Shallens in the same finish to see how it looks. 

Truth is I would like the Weds but they are expensive as hell and the Shallens are cheaper w similar design. I might just save up for the Weds but i d like to compare and see what I m wokring with first, just cause the Shallens cost like 500 or so vs 900+ still doesn't make them cheap so they are still an excellent wheel, but I just love the Weds. 

Anyways fellas if you got pics,  Chrome or Brushed finished of the Shallens please post them, thanks in advance

Who made the original WX?  I know most AMEs are copies, but i have never seen a company that produced anything like the WX.

i'd go as far to say they are all derived from the lorinser lm6.

THe twisted spoke design was taken from OEM porsche wheels.

The LM6 is very different from the other wheels so I wouldnt put it in the same catagory as a direct knockoff. The Kleeman's came first out of the Wed's and the AME's and are also the most expensive retailing at about $1500 each unshipped in 19's. 
 
 
If you want to be OG, get the Kleemans with some adaptors from 114.3 x 5 to 112x5

Yea wouldn't go as far to say that .. but I haven't very heard of that company ..

The Kleeman wheel has been out years before the weds or AME.
 
Reason you didnt hear of them is because they only do work on Benz's similiar to Brabus.  They are not cheap either

i wouldn't call any of them knock-offs, since they are all fairly unique but if we were calling knowck-offs weds wouldn't be the original. that was my point. i personally group all the fin style wheels together.

in MY humble opinion (if you're still allowed to have one sheesh), AMEs are dope based on price, quality, ease of maintenance, style and design. i see other wheels company biting each other's design (Amistad, Work, Black Fleet, Brain Cadena, etc.) and to me it's no big deal; each wheelmaker adds its own detail to attribute to the final product. i really don't see what's the big deal -- btw i humbly base my opinion on the fact that i actually ran 3 sets of AMEs so far on my old mode parfume Y33... and i will continue to rock AMEs...

You do know with a little coersing you can easily swap 5x112 wheels with 5x114.3 wheels.  I know quite a few guys running JDM spec wheels on the Mk5 GTIs and audis.  Lets get creative fellas.

yea, I actually think the WEDs look better, but I already have a damn Show car that I m dumping all my money into thats the only reason i m considering the WXs, if not I would not hesitate to get the Weds. I got a decision to make in a couple months when I "finish" my show car (96 accord). Anyways thanks for all the help fellas, oh and you know i would order these from autofashion, might have to get me a good price on air runner too, I already had freddy do the accord w air runner, why not the lex lol 

oh and about people already having those wheels, I love em, this is not intended to be a show car or to be one of a kind, I would be super happy having those on a daily driver car, I drive 10 miles to work and 10 miles back home, I can drive slow and show em off.

thankz homes... i saw it 2 days ago in waikiki parked on the side of the road. the front bumper is now cracked and the rears are all scuffed and blemished...sniff-sniff.... now make us some F50 cima low and wide t-shirts in XXL and i shall copy one.... in white (for my blue jeans)....

the low and wide isn't my design but i'm pretty sure there are some f50 low and wides avaiable through either mike or rich. ive got a couple new designs coming in the near future, but they are always on black (for maximum vip-ness :smiley-rofl:).

Not a fan of AME's personally.  I love the Bazreia, and to be honest both of these wheels are plentiful.  Why not go with something a little more unique?  And if that's not a big deal to you..then definitely go for the more quality wheel (Wed's).

I love the look of those wheels, I m not looking to really stand out and be super different, I just want the car to look like I want it, maybe later on i ll find other wheels I like and buy them, but for now I want THAT STYLE wheel.
