brake clearence

I'm planning on upgrading the brake system on my 92 sc300. The kit I have an eye on is the Brembo Grand Turismo 4 pod kit. my friend is hookin' me up with a set of sticth evolution wheels that are 18inch by 7.5 wide andhas an offset of +32. Will these wheels be able to fit and if not, what's the proper size wheel and offset combo I need to look for? I know the wheels differ for manufact. to manufact. but I"m wondering if there's a standard size I should be looking out for.
