Body work estimate to fix damage

Wondering if any of you have some experience with this sort of thing. My car was hit before I bought it, but I really want this huge ugly dent fixed. I don't have it running yet, but once I do I plan to drive it to a few different shops and see what they say about fixing the damage. I have no idea what to expect ( aside from expensive ) so any advice would be much appreciated.

Its pretty bad. Some people are telling me it can be pulled out and bondo filled. Others are telling me most of the rear quarter pannel will need to be cut out and have new metal welded in, shaped and finished. I know nothing about body work, can you guys tell me anything by looking at those photos? 

that should be pulled and shaped. the chrome bumper is scrap unless you can find a master metal worker. keep in mind the bumper cannot have any fillers when you rechrome it.

as far as pulling, its not that hard. its having the speacialized tools for the job thats hard.

Ok, so I guess I will be looking for shops that are not worried about pulling. I am really not at all interested in doing this my self. At least not right now. Maybe I will go see how much those tools cost and consider it, but I don't really want to learn body work on this car. 
I was pretty sure the bumper is junk. The problem is finding another! This is a 1972 Toyota Corona, and parts are seriously rare.

My friend Jesse at FleetColor is incredible. They do all sorts of work from beat old AE86s to professional D1 cars to vintage car frame-off restorations. One of their latest clients was a 30min old 2006 AMG CLS55. Just got it off the showroom, took it down the 405, and a minivan rearended them. :'( Someday I'll have him do my wagon. Check him out:

In other news, I recently saw a white Corona *just* like yours here in Bakersfield the other day. If it weren't for the fact that I knew yours wasn't up and running yet, I would have checked to see if it was you!

tools.. not yet.
damn that side panel looks really damaged.
you can alway try to see if can cut that piece and bang it out and get 16 gauge metal and copy the other fender shape. 

Corner damage... metal not just dented, but folded with a crease... considering vehicle, might be cheaper to source another rear qtr and weld in place instead of trying to straighten existing one and ending up with lackluster results

I'd say about mid-level. As long as you're not doing something completely off the wall, I think a decent paint job runs in the $4K range. Call him and talk to him. Real nice guy and easy to talk to.
