I thought there would be more stretch *w/ pics
I thought there would be more stretch but I'm guessing it was the tires design. I've heard that the new Falken 452 run bigger then before. I'm also thinking it could be its a 35 series rather then 30. It's still nice and I like beefy tire look. Tires are 225/35ZR19 Falken 452. Rims are 19x9. I only got the fronts mounted and balanced...haven't gotten the rears done yet. This weekend maybe.
Below is pic of rim lip facing straight down.
Below is a pic of the inner barrel lip.

Below is a pic of the tire looking straight down with the face on the left side.
Below is a pic of the other rim with another shot of the face lip facing toward the right.

Looks about right. I have the same exact setup but yours are slightly beefier than mine.

452's do run bigger...about 1 size bigger...so a 452 215 on a 9" will look like a 225...

so if I was to get another brand tire with the same size it would be abit more stretched...

Depends. That's why there should be a 'x brand x size on x.x" rim' Thread.
General UHP's run big also.

it also looks like you have an uneven stretch..... i believe caused by the wheel bead design. i have the same situatiion too. it was not as noticable when i went with nankangs tho:shrug:

I have the same stretch as u on my 19x9 and i'm fine with it since it's my fronts. but yeah if u want more of a stretch, i say go 215 but that's your risk. HAha.

I think he needs more stretch because the lip is passing the fender even on full squeeze.

It's actually brake dust from Grant Yokotoas13. He ran upgraded brakes and it dusted alot. I'm thinking he cleaned them one day and all the grime and dust collected at the bottom of the wheel barrel. Then it wasn't driven or dried out and the water evaporated leaving all the crap caked on. It is a bitch to remove. I cleaned the other wheel except this one. I just don't have time to scrub all day long on the inner barrel.

This is why FK452 sucks. You have to go to a lower load bearing tire like 215/35/19.
If you need more stretch I would rather switch to 225/35/19 ST115.
I run 215/35/19 ST115 on 19x8.5 and its a nice mean stretch. (see pics in the stretch thread)

Hm, I would have expected more stretch too, but the only way to find out it to see i done
As long as it clears though, that's what counts.
Personally, I think stretch that doesn't aid clearance is just bollocks anyways

Today after work got a chance to lower the suspension alittle more and tried the fronts. Test fitting to see what I need to do to make these fit. Autofashion Freddie I only did the front today because it was late. I'll take pics of the rears with the rear rims on and alitte more lowered tomorrow. Let me know what I'll need to do to make these fit. Thanks.

I also put on some used Pirelli tires for the rear rims. 245/35ZR19 on a 19x10 rim.
Again stretch wasn't as much as I thought....and again I think the side wall height makes a big difference in the type of stretch.

Dude, you are on coilovers. Get rid of that nasty wheelgap first before you start thinking of anything else.
