i'm leaving school to pursue other business interests this summer, but the lease doesn't end until september 1.  i'm looking for someone who needs summer housing.  the house is a 3br/2ba in the nice part of santa ana, on a cul-de-sac a few blocks away from south coast plaza in a quiet neighborhood.  you'll be sharing the room with my roommate; there are currently 5 occupants in the house.  rent will be $375/month + utilities; you'll be able to move in june 15th.

for those of you concerned about distance: it's about a 12 minute/8-9 mile drive from this house to uci.
