Will these wheels fit my Y33

I been looking at these wheels at takumiproject. Will they fit my Y33? Do I have to roll the fenders? I am thinking of getting them if they still have them. Are these the same as the OZ SCARAS? Here are the specs.

Hmm yea i think with those offests maybe a step lower with fender rolling you could possibly run them my specs were similar.
