like i said... im probably ditching these for something else anyway, but i have to say that the size/shape was perfect for the retro. the projector actually snapped into the housing when i was done trimming. it was awesome.

They are good projectors, not the best, but good. Cheap too! I had these once, but the guy who did the retro failed at it and they weren't aimed right, so they were hellah high on the out side, but you couldn't see shit in front of you. Your aiming looks great though!

How could they be less awesome but more baller and more rare? Does it have to deal with 3 projectors in the headlight? or 7? Or one badAASSSS projector that has been the most highly sought projector ever since it has come out, giving the best beam spread EVAR.

it has no projectors which makes it less awesome, but is more baller do to rarity (so rare i'm having trouble getting them).

No projectors Chris, that means no LS600h projectors.

Clean looking retrofit! Did you keep the aiming capabilities?Surprised that the cutoff lost the bluishness after 40-50 feet though, i thought clear lenses would keep the blue.

no, they are aimed once and set. i was building these for my car and personally dont like how far forward the lens is when its placed in the reflector. the pic is not a great one, bad lighting + bad camera but there wasn't a whole lot of color band anyway iirc.

They look really clean and the cutoff looks great but I think theres too much space in those lights. I know you did them to sell and your not going to run projectors but if you were, they should have two projectors in there to take up some of the empty space in the headlamp

I believe you still need the projectors to spread the light, as LED's tend to be VERY directional.
