WTB: (2) 215/40-18 and (2) 245/35-18 tires

per title, I am in need of (2) 215/40-18 and (2) 245/35-18 tires. I need these exact sizes due to the fact that my car is AWD so please don't offer me alternatives, they simply won't work.
I would prefer a stretch-friendly tire such as sp9000 sports, T1R's, or falkens, though the falkens may run a tad too small for my tast on this car. please let me know regardless if you have anything....

also, if need be, i have a large hoard of wheels that I would be willing to trade for the right tires, and well as a set of 215/35-18 yokos that are near new.
