power steering issues

my car feels like the power steering is empty, i have a hard time turning the wheel, but when i checked the power steering it was full.  anyone know what kinda problem it is?

try changing out the fluids

and if that doesn't work, take it to someone to see if the pump is still working. does it make a whining sound with the car on?

did you put the right power steering fluid for your car... you gotta at ATF fluid to it. sounds like the pump migth have taken a shit if your fluid level is still good, or there might be a blockage in one of the hoses.
