i want to slow down the drop for my air suspension

i am using all manual hardware and everything i have on it is 1/2". i dont mind raising the car quick cause of the dreaded speedbumps and dips, but the amount of air released is too harsh on the car at the moment. i know there are reducers, but where exactly do i put the reducer at? do i place the reducer fitting at the end of my release valve, right before the silencer/muffler? (i will have to get a smaller silencer/muffler once i choose to go reduce to 1/4")

IF its man valnes put some slowdown valves on the exaust side then yes screew in your mufflers.  All it is is a open and close screew valve the more you close it the slower it goes.  You can get them push to conect or threaded

Even if its electric you do the same put something to slow the flow on the exaust

I also heard tou can use smaller air lines....dont know fo sho cuz I dont have air...but I did read about it...

My suggestion is to change the lines.

Why would he change the already working properly lines when all he needs is a few slowdowns on the dump side.  Decreasing the size will also slow down his lift speed WHICH he is happy with.

^agreed.....just go with the slowdowns...and they may be helpfull in the future if you want to change your dump speed.
