Registering a Vehicle in FL?

Does anyone know what the requirements are to register a vehicle (specifically a motorcycle) in Florida from out of state.  I know a couple of you guys do this to have a little more lattitude with fees and mods.  If anyone has some insight it would be appreciated!

As a side note, anyone thinking of moving to New York with a passion for cars or bikes, FORGET ABOUT IT, save yourself the aggravation and a S**T load of paper.
