...or a d!ck magnet??  jus wondering cuz it seems like every car I build is a d!ck magnet.  doesn't matter to me cuz im not building it to get chics.  i jus think its funny.  ...and btw, pros don't count.

And thats the ONLY reason I still keep them.  I think they are corny but they set the mood.  Once the girl gets in the car, she knows the deal when she see's the curtains.  "I wonder why you have these in your car ;)"

I don't know honestly which way it sways, but I will say that it does give off the perception that I have more money then the people around me.
 
This I find very ironic due to the fact that my car is 10 yrs old (a 98 GS4) and has over 150K on the clock.  Built out the way I like it, with everything redone save the engine and a full body repaint, I still have less money in my car then most of my friends who are driving around in a late model Honda or Toyota.... hell I got less money in my car then a brand new Scion TC!
 
Perception has always been a funny thing to me.... anyone relate to this?

IMO the chick magnets (in the affordable range) are the cars that they want themselves. The usual BMW and Benz.

I've noticed, the more Luxury Oriented your car is (like basic stuff, not hyper Camber and body kits) The more the femmes like it.

Seems to be a reoccurring theme. The more attention you pay to the details and keep it clean, the more guys like it. The flashier it is, the more girls like it.

Explains the import cars, the hi-siders, and the big luxury cars. Flash and Bling = women. Stock looking cars with strong attention to detail=Penis Magnet.



If you're talking about picking up a girl it's about your game. If you're just trying to get attention when rolling by, it's better to be shining and blinging or completely raced out with a small import car Body kit, wing all that.


EDIT:

Prime Example is what Jedidiah said. M3 gets guys attention because...it's an M3. The recognition of M status draws us. To the average girl, it's just a BMW 3 Series. If you're rocking a 645i or a 750 or something, that grabs the attention. Big Luxurious and Flashy. Just like the SL and CL coupe Benzes and the S class.
