Mean! Too bad it's just brackish and not salt water. I plan to build a wall divider pseudo reef ledge with wave action. It'll be built into the house with full custom wet/dry and everything. That's of course several years off...so I have some time to figure it all out..haha.
now i want a tank for snakeheads
Iono, those snakeheads get hella big. Lol. For me, coming across a big ass snakehead, I'd :runcoold:
That's all freshwater.
Oh, I had cichlids and rays similar to that before and they were brackish..I assumed at least that section of the tanks was. So it's worse than I thought..haha. j/k
I would hate to be the person who has to clean that tank. =?
Well, if I had the money for a system like that, It'd be planted as well, and you'd be surprised how self sustaining planted tanks are. I imagine he's got a R/O system hooked up with an auto water changer, I've looked for the threads on MFK but couldn't find anything, didn't much searching either lol. But really, the bigger the tank, the better off you can be in some cases, as you'd have to know what you are doing to build a tank this big. His choice of stock is something only Monster Fish Keepers could love, lots of Pacu, Rays, Aros etc. something I wouldn't have. Shoot, if I had a tank that big, I'd have a sturgeon or a freakin shark in there. Would have been nice if he established a planted system in there, Put in some Mangroves, or some Giant Amazon Swords, let those suckers REALLY grow out, that'd be beautiful....but yeah, when I hit the lotto....
I would prolly go with some Monos yellow and sabae keep the water all nice and super brackish and let them grow sick giant hahahahahahaha that and some Datnoids in the mix all Brackish baby!!
