looking to VIP style my ES... im new...

hello, glad to join this forum... i think this place will help me the most with what i want done with my car... i hardly have any money as of now.. but i'm slowly working on it.. i drive a 2007 Lexus ES350, it is my daily drive car... so im looking for more of a classy look than a flashy look. Springs and Coils are non existent for my car. rims are pricey.. but im getting there... 

i just want to mainly do research for now before i do any purchases. 

to start off my research... offsets for rims. my front will become flush before my rear does, so i know i'll be using spacers in the rear... i just have no idea what my current offset is for my OEM wheel and what i need to have to make the wheel nice and flush with the fender. sugestions on where i can look up this info... or if someone has this info and is willing to share it with me..... since rims are in the $1 grand $2 grand plus range... i dont exactly want to play hit and miss with them...

ahhh... forgot to add.. as far as wheel.. i know big is nice... but i kinda want 19inch rims... and to keep the overall tire diameter as close as possible to OEM size.... (gas is by far... the worse killer of the bank account among all cars)

i want to be the first to get acknowledged in the VIP scene... but money is a big issue..... *sigh* air and rims in the future... take my car out..... have some photos taken... then maybe someone might make lips or body kits for it... thats all im hoping for... until then... all i can do is electrical.. drop and rims.. =P... lets see which one i'll go for first...

When it comes to your ride I can tell you that the stock specs are 17x7j +45 5x114.3, and without pics of them on your ride where we could determine (we meaning anyone here that DOESN'T have a lexus and willing to help hahahaha) how they sit and how much more room you have to play with, it would be near impossible to tell you! Post up pics with some nice shots of the wheels from side profile to above fender straight down shots and angled wheel well shots. Never hurts believe me!!! But It sounds like most on here with Lexus vehicles will be able to help since +45 sounds about normal :biggthumpup:

JL13w6 the bass cuts off at a high volume though... my bro n his friends hooked it up... so no one really knows what's going on.. i took it to an audio shop.... they said it was my amp... tried to sell me another one... i asked them to prove it to me...they gave me no answer so i left.... i dont know if i was getting cheated or not...

can you see the stealth bulbs?

yeah, i can almost guarantee you should be able to push 19*9. i did it. but for an older gen es. and it also depends on how much suspension knowledge you have. because, once you lower the vehicle, the suspension geometry changes.

i plan on getting EXE wheels by axis, most likely they will be 19x 8.5 rims ( the EXE KonVex) hopefully by summer they will be on.

suspension is hot! drop could be a little more aggressive, but it's a good start!

so it's your car that's been posted on clublexus with the first ever es350 coilovers (and not camry coilovers on the es350) :) nice!

haha yea that's me... the brand is called Standard and from what i know the only distributor is Platinum VIP. =P

im deciding against them. they are way out of my budget, im going to go for the EXE KonVex wheels instead.

Lowered on:  "STD coilover suspension" approx. 3-4inches of drop (tucking stock tires)
Rims : Axis EXE Image
Tires: Nitto extreme 555
Flush? : i'd say so.. if not.. it's pretty damm close. 
Front: 20x8.5 +35 offset 225/35/20
Rear: 20x9.5 +40 offset 245/35/20
Rubbing? : Rears rubs a little (problem is solved by shaving the fender down a little) Fronts rub the plastic wheel well liner. i have yet to deal with the issue.

wheels were purchased from B2 autodesign. they were shipped to me within a week.

Nice ES bro:biggthumpup: im not too crazy about slammed height (even though a lot of VIP guys is) once there is no fender gap and your tucked its all good.

AFAIK STD is a Canadian company based in Quebec. Mostly known for rally suspension.
