You will have to roll your rear fenders to achieve flush fit on the car.  Included are BRAND NEW Toyo T1R tire sizes such as 245/30/20 and 265/30/20 that are perfect for this setup with ZERO RUBBING.  Only Fender Roll Required. If you put a spacer will it fit? if so, how much spacer does one need? to make it fit? (example car would be the LS400)

Sorry I don't drive an LS400, but I do know that with an adequate spacer, I'm sure these wheels will clear brakes.
