I liked watching his fights... He was very entertaining. When he fought De La Hoya and came out draped in the Mexican flag, I wasn't sure if I should be pissed for De La Hoya, or just give him props for doing it.

He will be back for sure. He was on the radio station bragging about how he spends like 50g's a day in Las Vegas every single day. It has to run out sooner or later :shrug:

I think he is just afraid to rematch with De La Hoya. Because I think that Oscar was prepairing himself better for this fight, and Mayweather got scared.

Cant blame him. He has alot to loose. He went out undefeated. If he comes back and the fight ends in a draw or a loss, he drops from top 5 all time to top 20.
Although he will be loosing money by not taking this fight, he will make even more from endorsements because his legend will live on for going out undefeated

mayweather is just a better fighter however he holds a lot of punches, yes he takes smart punches and is 100 percent per round but i would like to watch more of a battle.
idont think he will retire prolly just a publicity stunt b4 he fights oscar my money is on mayweather again
