I got these off a local guy, the offset fits my car perfect, but I kinda want something smaller (may be 17's or 18's around the same offset / width )

I recently have the spokes refinished, and the lips are in wonderful shape, some minor scratches here and there, nothing major, they have been sitting in storage and got dirty, could use a wash.

is it correct to assume there are no center caps with them?  also, I am not imagining things when I see a multi-drill pcd right?
