Local SoCal VIP Meet?

So are there any SoCal VIP meets? If not, are you guys down to get one started?

prob is  .. not too many VIP cars out there .. im not VIP but would like to see some

there's a lot of interest in VIP, but not too many people want to pull it off. i'd like to meet up with those who know their VIP style and get some inspiration and help with my car.

i'm down.  isn't there a club lexus meet in arcadia that we can crash?

so i did end up crashing the meet in arcadia.  you guys should come; there was a pretty good turnout.  no vip cars, though, except for mine ;) and nismornr's stock y33.  come out and represent!

I was at the Arcadia meet tonight, with my Miata. There was a Q45 with Eurolines and a LS400 with Vienna there tonight. A lot of different style of cars there. A lot of 240s.

it was is and always be a 240sx meet. i was one of the original starters of that meet. we have been going there 4 years strong now. vip cars are hit and miss, but seem to be alot more regular the last couple of weeks.

damn man arcadia is far as hell. anyone down to meet up sometime this week in the southbay(310) where the 405/91/710/110 meet?

well there is a 240 meet i know of which has a decent turnout every wednesyday in torrance. anyone down?

i went to a local CL meet in torrance last thursday at crossroads. my first meet in a looong while. but yea, if anyone does a VSC meet i'm down to go too.

there usually are CL meets at super autobacs for anyone in the OC area. im too ashamed to show off my stockish f50.

dude. there is nothing at all wrong with Q 4 5, those cars are dope regardless of what you got done to it.

They do a meet at Rickie & Ronnies in Torrance 1st Thurs of each month.  I am going to the next one on Aug 7th at 7 PM. Why not all the South Bay people show up? Guy with a sick ass M35, Kenstyle, Work wheels, JP exhaust etc. told me about it.

nevermind guys... the arcadia meet got broken up and everyone kicked out last week due to too many cars..  i'll post the new location once james from CL finds a better place...

the new location will be in alhambra. i was there tonight along with cheez and the asshole cop that kicked us all out. the new location is going to be off fremont in alhambra were the kohls is.

damn. screw rent-a-cops!

Don't forget Rickie & Ronnie's on Thursday night!  

This place was built with the #1 purpose being a cruise / show spot for cars and bikes.  My boss knows Ron Shaver ("Ronnie") and he's a sprint car engine builder and builds hot rods too, this place is owned by car guys. No hassle from the rent a cops! Mercedes used it in a commercial a few months back too.

i dropped by the arcadia spot anyway since i was in the area..  only two cars where there..  i ended up driving up azusa canyon with my brother and his m3...

any info on the alhambra location?

i will be there for sure. i hope you guys can make it out to this meet because looking at the pictures on rarejdm.com it seems like the majority of the cars are g35s, which are cool, but i'd rather see some VIP cars.

i'll stop by for a bit with my stock gs lol.

I went to the ricky and ronnie meet last week. It was pretty weak. Only good thing about it was meeting up krammy toe and fls. I'm really digging your car fls btw.none of those G35s were very interesting at all. You'd think that with so much space in their wheel wells those guys would go with some really wide low offset wheels, but a lot of them were rocking some pretty weak setups, not that my setup is all that aggresive

yea dood good seeing you again. my friend with the LS430 came by and later after you left my other friend with his VIP'ed out LS400 stopped by for a bit. most of the people had already left by then. i'm surprised i stayed as long as i did :innoutrofl2:

Island (forgot your real name, typical me) your GS is hard man, love it.  Krammy-toe, guess I didn't meet you, but your buddies LS is a car I've seen in the SB before and thought it was gorgeous, didn't meet him either!  lol.

Is Autobacs every Thursday?  I think there were like 5 total of us from VSC there, but at different times, if we all show up at R&R around the same time and park together, it would look better, maybe we can get some from a little farther out to show up?  Some of the G35 guys drove like 1, 1-1/2 hours.

do you guys plan on having a meet sometime between september 6th to the 13th?  i am gonna be vacationing in the anaheim area and would love to stop by a meet and see some of your guys cars.

you guys doing anything 22-24th? im going to be in the area, hometown is rosemead!
