are AME lips anodized?? just freakin curbed my WX's

my buddy just curbed my new AME WX's! pretty bad, more than 80% of the lip while trying to parallel park, freakin sucks!  does anyone know if this is repairable?  It may be anodized like Works wheels and some shops locally cannot duplicate that finish if they repair the lip.

i'm not sure about ames but i have heard the "it can't be duplicated" excuse before too. fact of the matter is that anodizing isn't a very exotic process and it shouldn't be very hard to find some one who can do it.

That's why no one parks my car. Aren't work wheels clearcoated?

ame's are just straight polished and clear coated no anodizing involved so you shouldn't have any trouble getting it fixed.  we can get it done for you within a decent amount time.

thanks guys, i'll try to get some pics.  one of my buddies has a guy that fixes wheels but he can't anodize so i just wanted to make sure.  After this, no one allowed to drive my car anymore. I'm always at least a foot away from a curb.
