Nick Hogan's Victim
Got this from another forum but it shows just how fucked up that Nick Hogan just only got 8 months for this shit.

I seriously can not understand why the family is choosing to keep him alive. If that were me I'd want the plug pulled for sure.
discuss.

Yeah his current state does suck. My condolences go out to his family and him but both sides are to blame. Graziano was not forced into the car. They were both drunk and both failed to stop the situation. I think Nick Hogan is a little bitch for crying about going to jail. That's life buddy. You do the crime, you do the time.

guys missing half a skull.....if he knew what condition he was in, im sure he would also want to put himself to sleep. i agree with the rest of you, this is basically manslaughter, the kid cant do anything now but eat and sleep. really sad how the victim is always in the worst condition but driver comes away with just minor injuries. but theres always the other way around.

Nick screwed up bad, but for all those claiming he should have gotten worse, you need to relook at the criminal justice system and the whole bigger picture. Nick was NEVER in the right, I will not argue that. He did some bad shit and deserves punished. Graziano did get into a car with a person a- likes to drive fast (Graziano knew this since he was on Nicks pit crew) b- that was drinking c- on wet roads. d- and never put on his seat belt.
The most that Nick could have gotten was 5 years (which he will get thru probation) with only the 8 months of incarceration. He pled no-contest which doesnt necessarily help him for criminal charges, but may protect him on some civil ones. You also have to remember that Nick was a minor at the time- although he was charged as an adult, Im sure that played into the sentence quite a bit. It's sad to see Graziano like that. No one, or family, should ever have to endure that kind of trauma and tragedy. I just have qualms about people attacking the sentences that are given out (not just this case) and not being fully informed. My .02.
