Is it true Acura Made an OEM LIP for the RL??

I was looking at the complete parts manual for the 02' Acura RL. I found this in the "spoiler" section. Is this actually the OEM front lip for the RL? Does anyone have a pic of it installed on the car.

Actually, I believe it's a rubber air dam really.  I am not so sure that it's a urethane piece.

i know for a fact 100% that that is the black plastic piece that sits screwed into the bottom of your stock bumper.. not a lip. unfortunately..

inside. i see. the diagram had me fooled for a moment. it does serve a purpose for under belly down force i'm guessing. it just seemed too good to be true.:shrug:
