when these sell it's redicoulus how much they go for. you could make a small fortune if you figured out how to do this quickly with good results!

thanks for the compliments
starting with 160, then 220, then 1000, then 1500, then 2000... its a looooononngggg process and it sucks i gotta use hand instead of a palm sander, plus i popped the orange out and sanded around that as well, first i dremeled down some of the high parts, its just the sanding is time consuming. i know that in the us if i did this to JDM ones they woulda been more popular, i bet if i tried selling a pair of usdm ones in japan theyd go for a crazy price. my stocks have been sitting on the side for awhile so i said "what the heck might as well do something with it". as for a projector i really wanted f50 and i was gonna hit up widebody q but my funds fell short. idk what you guys think looks good? im putting a led wedge on the side too. i might run these after or sell them idk how much yet. ill keep you guys updated

btw welcome siknlow, try keep the home forum alive, i know it seems dead but they're a lot of us

hell yea, i gave up for awhile too, just sitting in my room, but ive had a lot of time on my hands lately so i started at it again, you know what sucks is when i do end up finishing one side. then i look over at the other side still virgin lol!. if everything goes well id do a gs headlight also. plus if its someone elses headlight i might be determined to keep working on it constantly.

yup, sanding to a finer grit till the scratchs are gone then buff it out after

you have a big jump from 220 to 1000. you should probably add 1 or 2 more in between there.

did you have to open up the headlight to sand down the grooves? let me know what you did because I would like to try this mod out at work.

yup i had too.

some of you are wondering if about updates. ive been very busy the past few months, the Y33 is being parted out very soon. and im selling it stock at the end of the month. most of the parts are spoken for already, as for the headlights. i may finish them up and sell them as a whole or sell them not done for super cheap
