I'm just assuming you have a 96 LS by your username, but actual fitment aside, those offsets are pretty high, so you won't have a whole lot of lip at all. In fact those are quite conservative.
Depends what you're after though.

ames are pretty easy to come by used. i would say wait for some better sizes/offsets.

come on dude!those on an LS?no can!you cant be cheap if you wanna have VIP status.sure, there are times where you can find some good deals on parts but it may not be what you really want but the price always attracts you to buy it.do it right the first time.if the money isnt there, just keep on saving till you can afford to get what you want.believe me,dont rush.

Is it good or bad? That really depends on how you want the car to look. Do you want it flush, tucked, or pokin? There are tons of threads about wheel fitment for the LS. I would say for you to read up on the lexus/toyota and the wheel sections of this forum. You can find hundereds of posts of members rides with thier wheel information and how it fits on thier cars. From thier you can deciede what range your rim size and offsets should be.
Does everyone in the VIP101 need a copy of this or what?

Those offsets are very conservative, if your looking for a nice looking stance those wheels are not it.
