can anyone tell me where I can get it from.  I'm not sure if its oem japan for the rumion?  lmk thanks!

just go to the dealership.. here are the part numbers.. all part numbers for those door handles are the same..

I don't have the part number for the front door handle cap with the key hole in it. But you can use this application to get one.
