bosozuku stickers

found these for sale in Taiwan... I'll bring back some of them on my next trip
basically has every major bosozuku team and allience on them

don't worry
these are not expansive at all... if I buy them for myself it's just like $3 USD or $4AUD a strip
I'll post up prices when I get to TW... since I need to work out exchange rate and shipping
if I can gather enough intersts in these I might consider selling them in large numbers
I would ship these to you and other Australian members from TW since it's closer
for the US people I would send them from Canada for the same reason
I'll keep you guys updated with more details once I get back to TW

There is a BMW riding hella-low on 20" chromies (yeah, dub i know), with full custom interior and crazy paint around here that has a huge 'Centrelink' logo on the back window (it covers the entire rear window).

In Australia Centrelink is the government body that gives dole payments and rent assistance to unemployed bludgers and poor students who couldnt be bothered working (like me back in the day!).

FYI not all bosozuku are bikers
a lot of them drive cars
what comedy are you talking about?

in fact 
there are ones specifically made for cars
and none indicates they are motorcycle-specific
we are not idiots, and some of us (including I) understand the words on these stckers

Relax, the ones "related to cars" are for Yankee cars. Bosozoku isn't really related to cars..in fact it never really was..only in the US does it seem to be associated as such and only loosely in Japan, but as Yankee style cars. I'm not here to argue with you, think what you like, that's fine by me. But if you can't handle what other people think then stay off the interwebby. I can only state what I learned from my Nihonjin friends when I lived in Japan. So please, don't take things so personally.

but I do have some understaning of it
and when i see you come in and make comments in such manner with no interest of sharing the info that you believe is correct

This is my first post, and flame if you will (Im already expecting it), but do you think putting Boso stickers on your vehicle is a good idea? To these kids that means something, and if you say they don't exist in the states you're 100% wrong. Boso are young and impressionable like all teenagers, and they're looking up to Yak's .... since most Boso's aspires to be Yakuza anyway. It's the same principal as putting american gang stickers (bloods/crips) sticker on your car if your not really. They arent just kids who dress funny and ride around on motorcycles and in drift cars disrupting touge and doriftu events. Depending where you live (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, California, Florida and probably more places Im not aware of) this may not be the best of moves, no matter how "JDM or Bippu" it seems to you. This isn't ment to make fun of anyone, or start any trouble, just a slightl precautionary statement.

i think i should also mention some of these even contains explicit extreme right wing messages related to wwII
things like Japanese imperialism stuff, something parallel, if not as bad as the nazism in Germany

but for those who still want them...
i will point out which one contains messages as such when i open up a for sale thread for these
as far as i see it, only 20% of these stickers are under that catagory

the three kenji letters in chinese reads: port/harbor - heart - association
the swastika in this case (not tilted) is a symbol of buddhism 
my guess is that this sticker is possibly a gang based in habor front area
and it is not unusual that gang members practice buddhism in Japan
but i am not 100% sure about my translation on this one

in regards to the use of a swastika, black emperor also makes heavy use of this symbol, there is a black emperor sticker in the top right corner of the sheet, [url]www.blackemperor.jp/x/[/url] swastika is a super old symbol that has nothing to do with nazis, 3000+ years old

Guys, I urge you not to get involved with this sort of thing. Especially if you are gaijin, its twice as insulting. I know a guy who loved the Irezumi or "Yakuza Style" tattoo's and covered himself in very elaborate renditions of dragons, and phoenix's, and Suikoden scenes (which even though are chinese in nature, are a huge yakuza theme). While he was hanging out on a beach in Honolulu he had been approached by Boso who were immediately offended. After some brief exchange of words, the situation died down and was what he had thought was over. Later that night, the boso must have reported to their Shatei' (lowest form of Yakuza in rank, a street soldier type) who of course in an attempt to impress his Kyodai gathers a group of fellow yak, and they go find this gaijin with the Irezumi tattoo's at a local night club and beat him to the point where he is hospitalized. While my story may sound extreme, it really isnt much different. The Irezumi is sacred tradition to the Yakuza, and to these kids and teens that fall under the Boso flag their tags, symbols, styles are sacred to (as sacred as anything is to teenagers). To them it really is worth fighting, stealing, or worse for. These things you thing are "cool" or "jdm" have meaning, and you flaunting them around could endanger yourself or others around you. I know right now you're thinking "this guy is a drama queen" but I can assure you, these same people and organizations exist in 6 out of 7 continents on this planet, and have a good foothold in the US. May not be wise to ride around mocking them wether indrectly or directly. Think of it the same as putting some sort of Bloods or Crips logo on your car then riding around California. The same goes for all these Yakuza and Obuyan vanity plates, and stickers and t shirts, or screen names. You never know who is watching, and taking offense to what seems harmless to you. Ok I promise Im off my soapbox now, I just thought a little background information was in order before you made decisions like this....now you have the facts, do with this information whatever you choose.

I always thought the Yaks and Bosos were the type never to venture out of Japan - being that they are so fiercely patriotic. But i can definitely see how it could be seen as an insult to them

I have a friend who wants to go to Japan to get an Irezumi done the oldschool way with bamboo etc... I might convince him otherwise!

I plan to buy all the stickers but I would never sport them on my car. I collect bosozoku, yanki, yakuza books and memorabilia. 

Feel bad for that guy you know, however, I wonder if he did something to provoke the attack? I am only saying that from personal experience I have had no trouble from those types in Hawaii. Japanese style tattoos are a fairly common site there with all races.

A more accurate analogy would be to have US/International gang stickers (Nazi Lowriders, Wah Ching, Mara Salvatrucha 13) on a car in Japan and have some ex-pat gang member take offense to it.  

But yes, you never know who is going to recognize it and take it the wrong way. 

Yakuza, for the most part will leave you alone unless you directly interfere in their affairs. Yak's in japan will even go out of their way to be friendly or at least fake it to the Gaijin out in public. You'll often hear stories of Yakuza and Amerikajin car accidents, where the Yak's send flowers the next day and constantly call to ensure the other person is ok. Negative attention is not needed, they have enough already. However....the Boso, since they want more then anything to graduate to Yak, and enter the Oyuban - Kobun relationship and network, WILL DO ANYTHING, to impress .... thats what puts people at danger. I know this is a stupid thing to harp on when I just joined, I just dont want anyone to get hurt because they didnt know
