newb from HI - State

sup guys,  

im from Hawaii and own a 08 silver xb that im gonna dub: xV or xBippu. love the vip culture and just basically the style and stance that it delivers.  its almost a familliar style that im still in til this day which is traditional lowriding.  vip has its rules about the exact requirements of building one from wheels to interior, etc... which is the same as traditional lowriders... so i totally feel the vip culture.  got big plans with my Rumion(xB) and its gonna utiliz alot of Garson/D.A.D, and Junction Produce producst... as for my wheels im gonna be going with something untraditional and nonVIP brand but it has the vip look.
