So-Cal EARTHQUAKE

Hope everybody's fine, First time i ever experienced one. I thought i was tripping out.
They said it was a 5.8

this just happened today?

2.8 out in the chino hills area

aftershocks are about 2.4

Yea, about 10 minutes ago.
I guess everybody from LA county down to parts of SD felt it.

damn, yahoo shows 5.8. How everyone's doing ok

im at my shop in san diego and our display racks were shaking...crazy

Yeah, I felt it. My blinds were going back and forth, I haven't felt one a while...

WOW.  The closest ive come to an Earthquake, is the "Earthquake" ride at universal stuidios..lol..

on the news the said that they could visually see the buildings move in downtown LA, imagine if you were at the top how that felt.

5.6 in Chino hills with a 3.8 aftershock

1 in 20 chance that this was a for- shock

and expect aftershocks for the next 24 hours

yeh 5.8 . i live in chino hills and i was asleep when it happend. well that earthquake killed my sleep, thank god all my expensive ass shit is still in tact!

I dug it.  Sitting at my desk and said WTF? Boss was right next to me, he's like "What?" all of a sudden he crouches and grabs our desks lol, it was cool.  Felt like jello, I definitely didn't mind it at all, but if I was in a high-rise building, FCK that!!!!

Danm!!! I can't even imagine...... A few years ago I was at work and there was a quake there in Cali, and we could feel that ish here in AZ... first I thought I was experiencing a lil vertigo till the manager came running out screaming at everyone to move out from under the giant 2 ton chandelier... Mainly my dumb -ss..

In other words, they stole the phones and used the earthquake as an excuse to leave home with everything in the office including the microwave

I was in the shower at the time. Didn't know whether to wash the soap off or GTFO out of there. I finished my shower instead.

honestly i didn't even notice it until i heard a bang and my co-worker says "hey let's get out of the office".

I called my homie 5 mins after he had the shock ... crazy .. Norcal was hit recently but not that hard ...

i was at a stoplight when i felt my car swaying back and forth like someone was rocking my car.  I was like i'm going to kick someone ass if someone is back there doing that.  Then i found out it was an earthquake.

hahahahahahaha, man what timing! Yeah this was my 1st time :) I am now welcomed to LA officially from what my Mom says :) My whole 1930's 5 story art deco building shook and seemed to kind of hop and bend.... Took about 10 seconds to figure out to stand under the door frame, then another 3 seconds to realize that would not help if the building gave way :)
