UP AND RUNNING WOO WOO.....

Ok Fellas...So I just got done doing my first Test Screen and couple of prints...

Everything worked out so well, I couldn't ask for an easier transition from vinyl to screen printing..

This process took a total of just under a 1 hour.

I had to degrease the screen and set to dry for about 10 min total time 12 min...

Next I put on emulsion on the screen...took about 5 min with clean up time..

Next I just got some graphics together and printed them up..5 min.

Then I Exposed the screen..(burn the image into the screen) 3.5 min....

Next washed out the screen and let dry for 10 min..total time 12 min..

Next I placed the screen on the press added paint and printed a few prints..no more than 10 min..

So NOW its time to get some designs together and start making some cool a$$ VIP gear..
and since I am doing this in house I will be able to offer you guys a great prices on clothing and apparel and more...

I will put some designs together have you guys vote and then make a run on some VIP Body Gear...

First things first I have to become a vendor so before I go and put out prices and what not I want to do things the right way and take the right steps to make it happen...

Thanks for all your encouragement and support!!

Yeah I think I might do a half tone using just white...It will look more like a black and white photo but with a spin...thinking of giving it distress spots .... Or possible a two color print..

Red or yellow light in the back ground with a halftone image of the car...that would look sick...comments and requests are allways welcom....
